The Experience

Reset. Recover. Together.

Nuvania is a space built around hot and cold — sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy — designed to help you reset, recover, and spend time with people. Here's what an actual visit feels like.

The Nuvania bathhouse interior in Boulder, Colorado

No single correct way to do it

Some people come for an hour of full hot-and-cold rounds. Some come only to sweat, or only to plunge, or only to sit in the lounge with red light. Everyone experiences Nuvania a little differently — and that's exactly how it should be.

Social interaction is encouraged but never required. Our team is always happy to answer questions, suggest a rhythm, or simply leave you to it.

A visit, start to finish

  1. 01

    Arrive & settle

Check in, change, and stash your things. Our team gives every first-timer a quick orientation — no pressure to know anything in advance.

  2. 02

    Warm up

Start in the traditional or infrared sauna. A few minutes is plenty. Breathe, soften, let the day fall away.

  3. 03

    Plunge

Move to the cold. The first breaths are loud; then it goes quiet and clear. Group or solo — entirely your call.

  4. 04

    Repeat

Alternate hot and cold, usually three or four rounds across about an hour. You're not strictly on the clock.

  5. 05

    Rest & socialize

Land in the lounge with red light, water, and good company — or none at all. Leave feeling better than you arrived.
