Most people alternate between sauna and cold plunge a few times over about an hour. You're not strictly on the clock, and there's no single correct way to do it. Warm up, plunge, repeat, rest.

Both, by design. Guided group sessions are encouraged but never required. You can make it a ritual with friends or disappear into the quiet entirely on your own.

Locker rooms, showers, towels, hydration stations, and a lounge to use before or after. Just bring a swimsuit and yourself.

Cleanliness is a daily practice here, not a marketing line. Guests rinse before plunges, seating covers are used, and our team maintains the spaces throughout the day.
