"I've always been drawn to health, movement, and the idea of staying active and engaged as life evolves," Will says. Sauna and cold plunging became a turning point — and he saw how powerful these experiences are when they're shared, or simply made accessible in a thoughtful, welcoming environment.
Now in his sixth decade, he's become even more intentional about longevity, curiosity, and enjoyment — and about helping others find the same, wherever they are on their own path.
Nuvania isn't trying to win a contest for the coldest plunge or the hottest sauna. It's trying to bring hot and cold to a broader group of people — including those who never thought it was "for them."
