Group sessions are encouraged but never required. Plunge with people or quietly on your own.
At your own pace
There's no single correct way to do hot and cold. Stay as long as it feels good.
Everything provided
Locker rooms, showers, towels, hydration, and a lounge. Bring a swimsuit and yourself.
